Do I have to change my booking system?+
No. Carden connects to your current calendar, with your consent, and only reads it. You keep your tools, your habits and your history.
How soon after a cancellation does the story go out?+
Usually within ten minutes, during your posting hours. For a 3:30 pm slot cancelled at 2 pm, your followers see it well before the time.
How does the client book?+
The story says “Book from our profile”. They tap your salon’s name, then the booking link on your profile — the one you already have. The booking lands in your calendar, as usual.
Will my followers think the salon is empty?+
No. They see a slot that has just opened up: it happens in every salon, even the busiest. The story disappears after 24 hours and your feed stays as it is.
Does it work with my booking software?+
Tell us which software you use — Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy or another. We’ll work out with you how to connect it, and you pay nothing until it’s done.
