Do I have to change my booking software?+
No. Carden connects to the system you already use, with your permission, and only reads it. All you need is an Instagram professional account — it’s free, and you can switch in two minutes in the app.
Which booking software does it work with?+
Tell us which one you use — Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy or another. We’ll work out with you how to connect it, and you pay nothing until it’s done.
How does the client book the slot?+
The story says “Book via our profile”. They tap your salon’s name, then the booking link on your profile — the one you already have. The booking lands in your system as usual.
How soon after the cancellation does the story go out?+
Usually within ten minutes, during your posting hours. For a 3:30 pm slot cancelled at 2 pm, your followers see it well before the time.
Won’t my followers think the salon is empty?+
No. They see a slot that has just opened up: it happens in every salon, even the busiest. The story disappears after 24 hours and your feed stays as it is.
