What directors ask.
Just one salon? Take a look at Carden Story
How many salons?+
One to three to start, chosen by you. Enough to see what the network lets slip, and few enough not to commit to anything beyond that.
What data do we need to give you?+
For a network on appointments, read access to the history of the audited salons, with their agreement. We don’t change anything or write anything into your software. For a walk-in network, the measurement happens on site with Carden Salon: a kiosk or a QR code is enough.
How long does it take?+
On appointments, within 48 working hours of getting access to the history. Walk-in, as long as it takes to measure: we agree the duration together before starting.
What do we get?+
One page per salon: the revenue lost in euros at the salon’s prices, cancellations and no-shows, booking lead time, and the levers — the ones Carden can act on, and the ones that are down to management.
Does it commit the network to anything?+
No. The audit is there so you can decide on figures. If there’s nothing to win back, you’ll know that too.
Do our figures stay confidential?+
Yes. They’re never published, sold or used in our communications, and you can ask for them to be deleted at any time.
