Isn’t keeping a slot back a risk?+
The reserve is small: two or three slots, never a whole day. And if nobody takes one, it reopens in your calendar at the time you set — it becomes bookable as normal again.
Does it touch my calendar?+
No. Only the slots you keep back are affected. The rest of your schedule stays put, and you keep working in Fresha, Treatwell or whatever tool you use.
Who sets the price?+
You do, service by service, and you can choose not to add anything at all. Your usual price is the floor: Carden never lowers your prices. The last-minute price is an option: if you switch it on and a slot sells above your price, Carden takes 10% of the extra, nothing on your base price.
How do we choose which slots to keep back?+
We choose them together, based on your past days: the hours that fill up late, the ones where people ask for a slot you don’t have.
Will my regulars lose out?+
No. They keep booking as before. The slots kept back are for people who, today, can’t find anything with you and go elsewhere.
How much does it cost?+
