Part of Carden Salon
Standing around never filled a salon.Wait elsewhere, come back right on time.
The ticket lives on the client’s phone. They grab a coffee, run an errand, and get a message when their turn is coming up. Your waiting area is no longer a constraint.
- Carden Salon, €109 a month per salon, hardware not included.
Demo of the Carden ticket on a phone: the booking confirmed, the queue moving with a video to pass the time, “Almost your turn” then “Any minute now”, the rating that leads to Google, and the salon’s links.
What Carden changes
The ticket follows the client, not the other way round.
- In the browser, no app
- One link, and the ticket is there. No app to install, no account to create — that’s what makes it work with walk-in clients.
- Position and time move
- The client doesn’t see a frozen estimate: their ticket updates through the day, including when the salon runs late.
- One message before their turn
- Just one, sent at the right moment. No reminder every ten minutes: the aim is for them to come back, not to turn off their notifications.
- Your capacity is no longer your waiting area
- Clients waiting outside don’t crowd the entrance. Saturday holds up without anyone standing around.
How it works
Three steps, then nothing more to do.
The turn is taken
At the kiosk, by QR code or from your booking link. The ticket opens on the phone.
The client heads off
A coffee, an errand, the car. Their ticket stays open and keeps updating.
A message, and back on time
The message goes out when their turn is coming up, allowing for how late the salon is actually running.
Is there an app to install?+
No. The ticket opens in the phone’s browser, like a web page. That’s deliberate: asking someone who just wants a haircut to install something means losing them.
How many messages does the client get?+
One, before their turn. We don’t pile on reminders: that’s the best way to get the one that matters ignored.
What if the client isn’t back in time?+
Your rules apply — the next client starts, and the latecomer is moved back or their ticket is closed. You set the grace period.
Can clients follow their turn without giving their number?+
Yes, the ticket page is enough to follow their position. The number is for the message before their turn: no number, no alert, but the ticket still works.
The simplest way: see it for real. We’ll show you.
