No, the two complement each other. Booksy’s waitlist writes to clients who signed up for it. Carden shows the slot to all your Instagram followers, including those who aren’t signed up anywhere.
Do I have to leave Booksy to use Carden?+
No. Carden doesn’t take appointments and doesn’t handle a till or client records. You keep Booksy for all of that; your team changes none of its routines.
Where does the client book?+
Where they already book. The story invites people to go through your profile, and your profile link leads to your booking page. The appointment lands in your Booksy diary, like any other.
My salon is mostly walk-in. Does that change anything?+
That’s another product, Carden Salon: a kiosk at the entrance, a screen in the salon and a ticket on the phone, with a single queue for walk-ins and appointments. It’s shown by demo.
How much does Carden cost on top of Booksy?+
Carden Story costs €9.90 a month; Carden Last Minute €29.90 a month, Story included. No commission on your usual services; on slots sold at the last-minute rate, Carden takes 10% of the extra. Outside France, Carden is on a waitlist: we’ll let you know when it opens in your country.
