No, and that’s the whole principle of the product. Carden reads your Planity diary with your consent and works only on what it doesn’t handle: cancelled slots, gaps in the day and last-minute demand. No migration, no double entry, and your team keeps its routines.
Does Carden duplicate Planity?+
No: the two tools don’t meet the same need. Planity organises what’s booked in advance; Carden sells what frees up today. They’re two different logics — a diary thinks in upcoming appointments, Carden in slots that expire within the next few hours.
What if I already use Planity’s reminders?+
They keep working. A reminder alerts a client who has already booked; Carden steps in afterwards, when that client cancels anyway and someone else has to be found for the same slot.
How much does Carden cost on top of my current subscription?+
