No, the two complement each other. Planity’s waitlist offers the slot to clients who already have an appointment and want it sooner. Carden shows it to all your Instagram followers, including those who hadn’t booked anything.
Do I have to leave Planity to use Carden?+
No, that’s the whole principle of the product. Carden doesn’t take appointments and doesn’t handle a till or client records. You keep Planity for all of that; your team changes none of its routines, and there’s no double entry.
Where does the client book?+
Where they already book. The story invites people to go through your profile, and your profile link leads to your booking page. The appointment lands in your Planity diary, like any other.
How much does Carden cost on top of Planity?+
Carden Story costs €9.90 a month; Carden Last Minute €29.90 a month, Story included. No commission on your usual services; on slots sold at the last-minute rate, Carden takes 10% of the extra. Outside France, Carden is on a waitlist: we’ll let you know when it opens in your country.
