Part of Carden Salon

One queue, not two lists.Your booked appointments and your walk-ins, in the same flow.

A salon that takes appointments and welcomes walk-ins runs two systems side by side. Carden runs just one: a single order, recalculated all day long.

  • Carden Salon, €109 a month per salon. The salon buys its own hardware.

Demo of the Carden Salon software: the salon’s tablet runs everything. Fresha connects with one switch, today’s team is switched on with one tap, walk-ins and appointments form a single queue whose times recalculate, a card is dragged from one stylist to another, “Next” calls the next client on the waiting-area screen, a break reshuffles the queue; each time, the client’s ticket updates on their phone and a text lets them know.

What Carden changes

One order, kept by the software, not by memory.

Both kinds of client, one order
An appointment keeps its priority at its time; a walk-in takes their place on arrival. The rule is the same for everyone, and everyone can see it.
Waiting times that move
The time shown isn’t an estimate frozen on arrival. It adjusts during the wait, based on what’s really happening in the salon.
Everyone sees where they stand
On the screen in the waiting area, and on their own phone. Nobody needs to ask, so nobody interrupts.
Those who walk out are counted
A ticket taken then abandoned leaves a trace. It’s the only way to know how many clients your Saturday evening turns away without you noticing.

How it works

Three steps, then nothing more to do.

  1. The client takes their turn

At the kiosk, by QR code, or from your booking link. Five seconds, no account to create.

  2. The queue sorts itself

Appointments and walk-ins are ordered by your rules. Nobody on the team has to work anything out.

  3. It adjusts all day

A quicker service, a delay, something unexpected: the times shown follow, and clients are told at the right moment.

WhatsApp us
Does an appointment go before someone who’s been waiting an hour?+

Yes, at its time — that’s the whole point of an appointment, and the client who’s waiting understands it all the better for seeing it coming on the screen. What causes friction isn’t the priority: it’s when it’s invisible and looks arbitrary.

Do my clients have to install an app?+

No, never. The ticket lives in the phone’s browser, with no account to create and no app to download. That’s essential for it to work with walk-in clients.

Do I need a kiosk?+

No. A QR code in the window or on the counter is enough to start. The kiosk adds comfort and a professional feel at the entrance, but it isn’t required.

What if someone takes a ticket and then leaves?+

Their ticket is dropped and the queue closes up. The visit stays in your statistics: that’s exactly the number nobody measures today.

Does it replace my booking system?+

No. If you already use Fresha or another booking system, keep it: Carden reads your appointments and slots them into the queue. If you have no booking system, Carden can do both jobs.
