Carden Salon · €109 a month per salon

Saturday, 5 pm. Six people waiting.Every one of them knows how long for.

A kiosk or QR code at the door, one queue for your walk-ins and your online bookings, a text just before their turn. Everyone knows where they stand, and your team no longer has to look up.

  • Linked to your booking software
  • Or with no booking system
  • No building work

At Barber District

The kiosk issues the ticket. Nobody has to ask whose turn it is.

On the client’s side

A ticket, a stroll outside, back right on time.

  1. The door opens

The salon is full. The client stays.

  2. A ticket

At the kiosk or by QR code, in five seconds.

  3. A stroll outside

Their place is kept, their turn is on their phone.

  4. A text, and back

Just before their turn. Nobody had to call them.

Appointments and walk-ins

Your online bookings and your walk-ins, in one queue.

Appointments booked online keep their time. The kiosk slots each walk-in between them, at the right moment. Nobody has to referee at the front desk any more.

Nothing to re-enter
Appointments come in from your booking system on their own.
No appointment pushed back
A walk-in is only placed where it fits.
Everyone knows their time
The walk-in client just as much as the one who booked.

The ticket and the text

Wait wherever you like. A text just before your turn.

In the salon

Thirty seconds inside an equipped shop.

Filmed on a working day at Barber District. Nothing was staged.

On the salon’s side

No rota to build. Today’s team switches on, Carden does the rest.

Demo of the Carden Salon software: the salon’s tablet runs everything. Fresha connects with one switch, today’s team is switched on with one tap, walk-ins and appointments form a single queue whose times recalculate, a card is dragged from one stylist to another, “Next” calls the next client on the waiting-area screen, a break reshuffles the queue; each time, the client’s ticket updates on their phone and a text lets them know.

Whoever’s in switches on
In the morning, one tap on the tablet. Nobody to fit into a rota.
Every walk-in is captured
Nobody walks away because it’s full any more: they take a ticket and come back.
The queue shares itself out
Based on who’s free, recalculated continuously. If you have a booking system, it stays connected.

Once you have a few salons, the question changes.

You need to measure the queue, compare sites and keep the same experience everywhere.

WhatsApp us
Do I need to buy a kiosk?+

No. A QR code in the window or on the counter is enough to start. The kiosk gives a visible welcome as soon as people walk in; you can add it later. The hardware is bought by the salon and belongs to it.

What about my appointments?+

They join the same queue as walk-ins. One order, visible to everyone — nobody has to referee at the front desk.

Does the client need to download an app?+

No. The ticket opens in their phone’s browser, with no account to create. A text lets them know just before their turn.

Do I need a booking system?+

No. Carden Salon runs the salon on its own, from ticket to chair. If you have an online booking system, it stays connected alongside.

How long does setup take?+

It depends on the equipment. With a QR code or a tablet, we set everything up remotely, in an hour at most. A floor-standing kiosk takes a little more preparation. Either way, no building work.

Is the waiting-area screen required?+

No, it’s optional. It shows the queue and how things stand right now; many salons start without one.
