Pricing
Earn more, without hiring or working longer hours. Each plan includes the one before. No commitment. No commission on your usual services.
Carden Story
To get started
€9.90/ month, incl. VAT
A cancellation? The slot goes out as a story on your Insta, on its own.
Adds to your calendar. Fresha, Treatwell or another — you keep it, Carden works on top.
Carden Last Minute
All of Story, plus slot control
€29.90/ month, incl. VAT
All of Story, plus slots kept for the day itself, opened to your last-minute clients at a rate you set.
Adds to your calendar. Fresha, Treatwell or another — you keep it, Carden works on top.
Carden Salon
All of Last Minute, plus the front desk
€109/ month per salon
The whole salon runs on Carden: kiosk or QR code, live queue, a text before each turn.
Carden runs on its own. No booking system needed: the salon runs on Carden, from ticket to chair.
No commitment on any plan. Story and Last Minute are live in France: join the waitlist and we’ll let you know when they open in your country. Works with Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy or your paper diary: Carden reads your calendar, it doesn’t replace it.
The last-minute rate, optional
On Last Minute, you can add a premium to same-day slots. Your usual price stays the floor: never a discount. Carden takes 10% of the premium — on a €45 slot sold at €55, that’s €1. Without a premium, nothing is charged.
Walk-in hardware
The kiosk and screen aren’t included: you buy them and they belong to you. They’re off-the-shelf tablets and screens, and we tell you which models. To start without buying anything, the ticket on the phone is enough.

WhatsApp usIt depends on the plan, and it’s the first thing to understand. Story and Last Minute are add-ons: they connect read-only to the calendar you already have — Fresha, Treatwell or another — and work on the slots it leaves empty on the day. Without a calendar, they have nothing to read. Carden Salon is the opposite: it assumes no calendar at all; Carden runs the salon, from the ticket taken at the door all the way to the chair.
Three plans: €9.90 a month for Carden Story, €29.90 for Carden Last Minute (all of Story, plus slots kept for the day itself, opened to your last-minute clients), €109 a month per salon for Carden Salon with kiosk and screen. Prices include VAT, with no setup fees, no paid add-ons and no commission on your usual services — on slots sold at the last-minute rate, Carden takes 10% of the extra. The only extra purchase, on the €109 plan: the hardware, which you buy and own.
No. The subscription is monthly and stops whenever you decide, with no notice period or exit fees.
No commission on your usual services. Not on your regulars, not on people who discover your salon through a slot offered again: a slot filled at €45 earns you €45. On slots sold at the last-minute rate, Carden takes 10% of the extra: a €45 slot sold at €55 means €1 for Carden. A marketplace, on the other hand, takes its cut on the full price.
For the €9.90 and €29.90 plans, nothing: your phone is enough. For walk-in (Carden Salon), a kiosk and a screen are needed and are at your expense — they’re off-the-shelf tablets and screens that you buy and own; we tell you which models suit and where to order them. Installation needs no building work. You can also start without buying anything: with a simple QR code in the window, the ticket lives on the client’s phone, and we set everything up remotely in an hour at most.
The subscription is monthly, with no commitment: you cancel in one click. You judge on your results, not on our promises.
Live in France. Leave your details and we’ll let you know when it opens in your country. €9.90 a month, with no need to change your booking system.
