It depends on the plan, and it’s the first thing to understand. Story and Last Minute are add-ons: they connect read-only to the calendar you already have — Fresha, Treatwell or another — and work on the slots it leaves empty on the day. Without a calendar, they have nothing to read. Carden Salon is the opposite: it assumes no calendar at all; Carden runs the salon, from the ticket taken at the door all the way to the chair.

Three plans: €9.90 a month for Carden Story, €29.90 for Carden Last Minute (all of Story, plus slots kept back for the day itself), €109 a month per salon for Carden Salon with kiosk and screen. Prices include VAT, with no setup fees, no paid add-ons and no commission on your services. The only extra cost, on the €109 plan: the hardware, which you buy and own.

No. The subscription is monthly and stops whenever you decide, with no notice period or exit fees.

None on your services. Not on your regulars, not on people who discover your salon through a slot offered again: a slot filled at €45 earns you €45. A marketplace, on the other hand, takes its cut on the full price.

For the €9.90 and €29.90 plans, nothing: your phone is enough. For walk-in (Carden Salon), a kiosk and a screen are needed and are at your expense — they’re off-the-shelf tablets and screens that you buy and own; we tell you which models suit and where to order them. Installation needs no building work. You can also start without buying anything: with a simple QR code in the window, the ticket lives on the client’s phone, and we set everything up remotely in an hour at most.
