Do I have to leave Fresha to use Carden?+
No. Carden doesn’t take appointments and doesn’t handle a till or client records. You keep Fresha for all of that; your team changes none of its routines.
Where does the client book?+
Where they already book. The story invites people to go through your profile, and your profile link leads to your booking page. The appointment lands in your Fresha diary, like any other.
How much does Carden cost on top of Fresha?+
Carden Story costs €9.90 a month; Carden Last Minute €29.90 a month, Story included. No commission on your usual services; on slots sold at the last-minute rate, Carden takes 10% of the extra. Outside France, Carden is on a waitlist: we’ll let you know when it opens in your country.
