Every free slot in your network, finally seen.On each salon’s Instagram.
A cancellation, a free slot, an offer: connected to your network’s booking systems, Carden posts it as a story on the salon’s own account, on brand, to the people who already follow it. Head office sets the rules and sees what each salon fills. Extra revenue, without your teams lifting a finger.
- Free audit on 1 to 3 salons
- Fresha, Treatwell or others
- No migration

Head office
Same rules everywhere
For head office
More revenue, a consistent brand, all run from one place.
- Extra revenue
- Today’s cancellations go back out as stories. The most requested slots sell for more, on the day.
- Opportunities, seen
- Not content for the sake of it: a slot to take, posted on brand, where local clients are already looking.
- Central control
- You set it once, the whole network follows. You see what each salon fills, and which ones fall behind.
Your network’s prices are the floor: Carden never lowers a price.
Carden Story and Carden Last Minute are live in France and opening country by country. The audit and Carden Salon (multilingual queue management) are available everywhere.
For your franchisees
One more tool in your pack. Nothing more to manage.
- Nothing to install
- Carden reads the booking system they already have. No hardware, no double entry.
- Nothing to decide
- The rules come from head office. The salon inherits them, and can pause at any time.
- They see what goes out
- Every story posted reaches them as a notification in the Carden Pro app.
How it works
Three salons first. The whole network next, if the numbers hold up.
The audit
We put a figure on what one to three salons let slip, at their own prices.
The pilot
Carden runs in those salons for four to six weeks. We count the slots filled.
The rollout
We connect each salon with you. The pilot’s rules apply everywhere.
Do we have to migrate our salons to install Carden?+
No. Carden connects read-only to the booking systems you already use — Fresha, Treatwell or another — and works only on the slots they leave empty on the day. No migration, no double entry, nothing changes in the salon.
Who sets the rules: head office or each salon?+
Head office. Posting times, number of stories per day, services included, level of premium: it’s all set at brand level. Each salon inherits the rules without deciding anything — that’s what makes a rollout workable across a whole network.
Won’t it make the brand look like it’s discounting?+
No, because there’s no discount. A re-offered slot goes at the salon’s usual price, and for the most requested slots it can go higher. The story disappears after 24 hours and never touches the price list.
How does head office measure what it brings in?+
Every slot filled is tracked: the time, the service, the salon and the channel it went through. Consolidated for the network, broken down salon by salon.
What about salons in the network that take walk-ins?+
They’re covered by Carden Salon, described on the walk-in chains page. Both approaches sit side by side in the same network without getting in each other’s way.
What’s the pricing model for a group?+
€9.90 or €29.90 per salon per month, depending on the plan. No commission on services. For a network, pricing is agreed during the pilot. Carden Story and Carden Last Minute are live in France and opening country by country; the audit and Carden Salon are available everywhere.
No more free slots going unnoticed.Start with three salons.
The audit puts a figure on what they let slip; the pilot shows what Carden wins back. Then you decide, on your own numbers.
